Shipping Policy


Thank you for visiting and shopping at LA Miller Boutique. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Domestic Shipping Policy


Shipment processing time


All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.


If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

We ship using USPS, please allow 5-10 days for your delivery.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipping is $8 per order, and free after $100.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.


Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses


LA Miller Boutique ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.


Shipment confirmation & Order tracking.


You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.


Customs, Duties and Taxes


La Miller Boutique is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).


Damages


LA Miller Boutique is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.


Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy


We currently do not ship outside the U.S.


Returns Policy

-Items are to be returned for in-store credit only.

-Returns must be received unwashed, unworn, unaltered, and with original tags still attached (no exceptions).

-Items eligible for returns must be received within 20 days of the original purchase date. Items returned outside of the 20 days time frame will be shipped back to you at your expense.

-If you'd like to exchange please place a new order for the items you wish to exchange. This will ensure your items do not sell out before we have received your return.  A full refund will be given for exchanges only for a different size or color in the same item.  Please include the new order number for the exchanged item on the receipt you are sending back with the merchandise.  

-Items not eligible for returns include sale and clearance items.

-Shipping on all returns is your responsibility and is non-refundable. If you feel you have received defective merchandise or were shipped an incorrect item, please notify us immediately at lisa@lamillerboutique.com.

-Returns will be processed 2-3 business days after your item(s) have been received.
